Here is an excellent salad to help cleanse your body. It will especially detoxify your liver. Just keep your salad in the refrigerator and eat some as often as possible!
Gives you 6 to 8 servings.
- 1 cup (250 ml) lettuce (Spring Mix)
- 1 carrot, 1 turnip, 1 beet grated
- 1 cup (250 ml) red cabbage grated
- 1 cup (250 ml) green cabbage grated
- 6 celery stalks
- 1 bunch parsley
- 6 endives
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red pepper and seed
Dressing: 2 options
- 1 cup (250 ml) olive oil
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) raw honey
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Bragg Liquid-Aminos
- Already-made Bragg dressing (sold at the Clinic and in natural food stores)
